It was built by people who understand both commercial real estate and the day to day reality of running a dental practice. Jagjit Bansil
Over six years in commercial real estate, focused on dental transactions, acquisitions and leasing across Ontario and Canada.
Jagjit has guided many dentists through the full journey, from choosing a market and negotiating a lease to space planning and the final buildout. He co founded Dental Space Finder to bring clarity and structure to a process that is known for being complicated.
Every practice has its own operational and technical requirements, so he starts by matching a dentist's clinical vision and budget to the right property from day one. His background in quality systems and precision engineering gives him a sharp eye for site feasibility, layout potential and the commercial lease protections that decide whether a location can support long term growth. He built the company on one belief: every dentist deserves high calibre, unbiased advocacy, whatever the size of the practice or the stage of ownership.

Drives strategic growth and the advisory network, from lenders and lawyers to contractors and consultants.
Sunny builds a carefully vetted group of industry leaders around each project: commercial lenders, healthcare lawyers, specialist accountants, contractors and practice consultants. Because real estate is only one piece of the puzzle, he works closely with dentists on practice financing, competitive deal terms and putting the right team together for each stage.
His approach removes the usual friction of opening or expanding a practice by keeping the real estate, legal and financial threads moving together rather than in silos. The partnerships he builds mean every client works with real leverage, senior level guidance and full confidence from contract to grand opening.
